Logistics, LLC is an Alaskan owned and operated Destination Management and Meeting Planning Company.  Since its inception eight years ago, Logistics, LLC has successfully coordinated more than 200+ programs, meetings and events, ranging in size from less than one hundred participants to several thousand.  We develop strategic plans and implementation approaches specifically designed for maximum results by listening to and understanding the unique needs of each client.  We are dedicated to earning our client’s trust through expertise, resources and consistent delivery.  From concept to completion, we guarantee service and results!

Key Personnel:  Logistics, LLC has three full time staff members and one part-time staff member.  We also have 20+ contract employees that are hired on an as needed basis.

 

Toni Walker (President/Owner) is very active in the community and currently serves on Alaska Travel Industry Association’s Board of Directors, the Alaska Travel Industry Association Marketing Committee and the Anchorage Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Board of Directors.  In addition she serves on several different community committees such as the Visitor Industry Charity Walk, Hospice’s Annual Fundraising Event and the Alaska Native Heritage Center Marketing Committee.  With over 15 years of tourism experience, Toni has had the privilege to work in various aspects of the industry, such as hotel sales, wholesale tour operators, restaurant/bars/ catering, meeting planning, destination management services and event planning.  These experiences provide Toni with the knowledge, understanding and expertise to work with many different sectors in the event planning industry.  You can depend on her to provide commitment, support, energy and work needed to carry out the responsibilities required by her clients.

Dee Dee Kay (Sales & Marketing Director) joined Logistics, LLC in February 2002. Dee Dee has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry.  She has had the privilege to work in various aspects of the food and beverage industry and held positions with hotels as catering manager, banquet manager, restaurant manager, food and beverage director and conference and meeting sales person.  Over the last 10 years Dee Dee has held director and manager positions in sales and marketing with local restaurants, tour companies and a hotel.  In addition, she has a great deal of experience working with volunteers and committees.  These experiences combined provide Dee Dee with the knowledge, understanding and expertise to work with many different sectors in the event planning industry.  Should Logistics be awarded the contract to handle these events, Dee Dee Kay would be involved on site at some of these events.

Christy Cleer (Project and Events Manager) joined Logistics, LLC in June 2001.  She has extensive experience in customer service and banking, and her major strengths are attention to details, the ability to multi-task and dependability.  Christy provides the operation and support for the accounts Logistics’ handles.  In addition she serves on several community committees such as the Visitor Industry Charity Walk, Mayor’s Midnight Sun Marathon and Safeway/Carrs Great Alaska Shootout.  She also is actively involved with the ACVB, ATIA Anchorage Chapter, the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce and the Alaska Business Travel Association (ABTA). 

Cyndy Moffitt (Administrative Assistant) joined Logistics, LLC seven years ago and has provided administrative assistance on a part-time basis.  Cyndy has 25 years experience in administrative duties with hotels and catering companies.  Her major strengths are attention to detail, proof reading, multiple computer programs, customer service and dependability.
